A chef’s frustration

I’ve been spending a good portion of the day on youtube, looking at cooking videos. I’m curious as to what’s out there. It’s important for the development of my process as a Chef who wants to teach other people to cook.
And I’m pretty disappointed. Either the videos are poorly done, the audio is tinny, or the food is from a can or a bag. Or they are professional videos from television. I’ve found several videos that are done nicely, and link to great websites that talk about cooking and food with a fresh approach. These make me very happy.
Once I gain permission, I’ll start linking to them. Otherwise, understand that I’m a chef with a grievance about how people with technology use it badly. It’s like a guy with $1,000 bucks worth of cooking equipment, and he doesn’t know how to light the pilot!
