Figuring out what to eat for lunch is easier too. I look at the schedule to see what leftovers might be hiding in the back of the fridge and take into consideration what&#039;s for dinner that night. Fewer cases of &quot;I wouldn&#039;t have eaten X for lunch if I knew we were having Z for dinner&quot; and, with any luck, fewer leftovers going bad because they were &quot;out of sight, out of mind.&quot;</description>

As always, you can try using Anaheim chilis, although the heat of a chili depends on amount of water it gets. I&#039;ve noticed that this season chilis have been very hot. Anaheims tend toward less heat, as well as pasilla. Tell your sister to experiment, or use less jalapeno.
