Lavender Infused Rice

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups water
  2. 1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed and drained
  3. 2 tsp lavender, chopped
Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a sturdy sauce pan. Add a pinch of salt, the lavender, and the rice.
  2. Turn the heat down to a simmer, cover with a tight lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Notes
  1. When the rice is done, fluff with a fork, and add to your favorite entrée.
